Generally issued during stay in India for 90 days for travel / meeting with relatives / pilgrimage etc.

| 2. Latest Utility Bill copy. |
| 3. Bank statement/Dollar endorsement (Endorsement should not be older than 1 (one) month at the time of submission)/Active international credit card / Travel card. |

| 5. Last passport copy and all old passports. |
